ProTempus uses TeamViewer ( www.teamviewer.com ), if a remote access connection is required to install software or train your staff.
This involves downloading a small program and running it on your computer. The Teamviewer program will appear, providing you with an ID and password.
Your ProTempus support staff will need that ID and password to connect to your computer. Once the connection is broken, we will not be able to reconnect
to your computer without a new ID and password. No one can connect to your computer without your assistance and permission.
